Banderhobb Tongue Whip

This whip is the tongue of a banderhobb attached to a handle of yellowed bone wrapped in a spongy leather. The tongue is about a foot long but stretches when you make an attack with the weapon.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic whip.

The whip has 5 charges. When you hit a creature with this weapon, you can expend one charge to deal 2d6 necrotic damage to the target and, if it is large or smaller, pull it up to 10 feet closer to you.

The whip regains all charges daily at midnight.
